Practical answers before the truck arrives.
If your item is unusual, heavy, damaged, or potentially hazardous, call before assuming it can be removed.
How do I request an estimate?
Call or text (425) 948-9656, or email ruffremovalco@gmail.com. Include the item list, approximate quantity, pickup location, access conditions, and photos when they help show scale.
What changes the price?
Volume, weight, material type, stairs, long carries, parking, location, and special disposal needs can all affect the estimate. A refrigerator and a pile of empty boxes may occupy similar space but require different handling.
Do I have to carry items outside?
No. The service includes lifting and loading approved items. Tell the team where they are and flag stairs, narrow doors, gates, or other access limits in advance.
Can I get same-day service?
Same-day or next-day service may be available when the route and schedule allow. It is not guaranteed, so confirm timing directly before making plans.
What items require special notice?
Identify refrigerators and other refrigerant appliances, televisions, computers, monitors, paint, chemicals, batteries, tires, pianos, hot tubs, very heavy pieces, and damaged electronics before scheduling.
Will usable items be donated?
Donation can be considered when an item is clean, safe, functional, and accepted by a receiving organization. Acceptance changes with condition, inventory, and policy, so donation is never guaranteed.
What should I remove first?
Keep personal records, valuables, medications, cash, keys, devices containing data, and anything you are unsure about. Mark or separate items that must stay.
Do you serve outside Bothell?
Yes. The team serves communities across King and Snohomish counties. Call with the exact address because route availability can vary.
What are the hours?
September hours are Monday-Friday, 6:00 a.m.-8:00 p.m., with weekends closed. Call or text to confirm scheduling availability.
